3. Detail

Ladder Policy

Ladder use is minimized and permitted only when required

  1. All windows located on the second story and above are cleaned using water-fed pole systems whenever accessible

  2. Ladders are used only when windows cannot be safely or effectively reached by pole equipment

  3. This policy significantly reduces fall risk and enhances overall worksite safety

  4. All work is performed in accordance with safety best practices to ensure the protection of our team, clients, and property
